Infant Microbiome Dashboard

Overview

Created for my BIO598 class using the TUMME cohort — Swedish infant fecal samples from Qiita Study 12021. The dashboard visualizes how diet (exclusive breastfeeding, partial breastfeeding, early complementary feeding) shapes gut microbial composition over the first year of life. Features four analysis modules: an overview of sample distribution by diet, timepoint, and sex; alpha diversity tracking (Shannon, Faith's PD, Observed OTUs); beta diversity PCoA plots with Bray-Curtis distance; and an interactive taxonomy browser with stacked bar charts filterable by taxonomic level.
